The space between
2024-2025
“The space between” consists of 10 small collages and photographs all handmade and unique, made with leftovers, teststrips and failures I’ve collected from the last year working in the darkroom. I have always thought that there was something interesting about the testprints from the darkroom, something about the undone, the in-between, the space between a print becoming a print.
The series investigates the subtle space that exists between one state and the next and reflects on what is produced unintentionally and what remains in the forgotten.
